NEXT STEPS:

To become a retailer, we will need your tobacco license and state sales
certificate to open an account with us. Below are the following steps to send these documents to Platinum Nova Cigar LLC.We accept several files formats including .PDF, .jpeg, .jpg, or any MS Office document. (max file size: 3MB)

FAX INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please fax your documents to Platinum Nova Cigar LLC. at 561.274.9127
  • You may include a Cover Sheet with your company information attached.
  • After we received your information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

SCAN & EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please scan your documents in one of the acceptable file formats. (max size: 3MB).
  • Email the attachments to nova@novacigar.com
  • After we received your information, we will contact you within 24 hours.
